Loretta Franklin
CEO and Founder
Loretta Franklin is the Founder and CEO of Osalena Loving Arms, a real estate services and private funding company built on resilience, service, and a deep commitment to helping families and investors build stronger futures.
Raised on a farm in Dover, Oklahoma, Loretta grew up in a family of eight children where hard work, responsibility, and perseverance were part of everyday life. As her parents faced increasing health and financial challenges, Loretta made a life-changing decision to step forward and provide for her family. In December 2004, she began working overseas as a government contractor, starting in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Through discipline, leadership, and dedication, Loretta quickly rose from Administrator to Inspector and then to Senior Technician. She spent nearly six years in Iraq before being recruited to Afghanistan in 2010 for a QAQC Management position based on the strong recommendation of her leadership team. Loretta remained in Afghanistan until 2015, continuing to lead, train, and manage teams in high-pressure environments where precision, accountability, and trust were critical.
After returning home, Loretta pursued her real estate license and began building a new future in the real estate industry. She was later presented with another opportunity to return overseas and again rose to a management role, demonstrating her consistent ability to lead and perform at the highest levels. In 2018, Loretta was injured in a bombing that struck near her office, a moment that changed her life and reaffirmed her purpose.
During her recovery, Loretta made a firm decision to build something lasting — a business that would allow her to support not only her own family, but families and investors seeking financial stability and opportunity. That vision became Osalena Loving Arms.
Today, Osalena Loving Arms provides real estate services designed to empower investors, entrepreneurs, and families through education, property analysis, funding support tools, and access to off-market opportunities.
